Averda is committed to conducting its business activities with integrity and in full compliance with the law. As part of this commitment, we aim to maintain a working environment of open and honest communication. We want you to feel comfortable raising concerns and asking questions about potential breaches of laws and policies to your line manager. However, we understand that in some situations you may not want to report suspected misconduct to your line manager. In these circumstances you can report directly to the Ethics & Compliance Function (compliance@averda.com) or submit a report through the Speak Up platform. It is important that you report suspected violations of laws and regulations, Averda’s Code of Conduct, and compliance related policies.

The information provided will be kept strictly confidential and shared only on a complete need to know basis. When you submit a report, you will be given the option to remain anonymous.  If you choose to remain anonymous Averda is unable to, and will not seek to, identify you. Averda does not tolerate retaliation and has a strict non retaliation policy to protect individuals who show courage and integrity in stepping forward to report matters of concern.

Averda treats all reports submitted in good faith seriously and fairly and will take appropriate measures necessary to resolve concerns. Ethics & Compliance reviews are commenced based on the legitimacy of the concerns raised.

The Speak Up Platform should not be used to raise HR grievances, settle personal disputes, nor used to make customer complaints.

Knowingly submitting false or fabricated reports is considered gross misconduct and individuals found to misuse the Speak Up platform will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
